Senior Trader | Investment Platform Execution Lead
A rapidly scaling wealth management platform (~$1B AUM, acquisition-driven growth) is seeking a Senior Trader to lead portfolio implementation and institutionalize trading infrastructure.
This role is for someone who thinks beyond tickets and trade entry. You will be responsible for execution precision, model implementation integrity, liquidity optimization, and scaling trading architecture within a fast-growing investment platform.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Full lifecycle trade execution across custodians
- Tax-aware portfolio rebalancing at scale
- Execution quality and slippage management
- Trading process design and automation
- Portfolio model governance
- Liquidity forecasting and settlement oversight
IDEAL BACKGROUND
- 5+ years on an RIA trading desk, asset manager, or institutional platform
- Strong grasp of execution quality, tax-lot strategy, and rebalancing systems
- Experience with iRebal, Black Diamond, Wealthscape, or similar tools
- Builder mentality — someone who wants to architect systems, not maintain status quo
